So.... Lily decided the other day that it would be lots of fun to take a car up the stairs at Wendy's house and ride it down the stairs. It may have been fun for a minute, but then the car hit the tile and flipped, so Lily smashed face first into the tile. So, for awhile I thought the blood in her mouth was from a bit lip, she wouldn't really let me look in her mouth, but it turned out her 2 front teeth hit the tile and got shoved up her into her gums a bit. The dentist said it was fairly benign, but she likely has caused some cosmetic damage to one of her permanent teeth (she ruptured the liquid-filled sack that encapsulates the permanent teeth). Her poor lip was so swollen from the fall, the girls at the dentist's office were joking about her going as Angelina Jolie for Halloween.

Our poor baby. She looks so sad. It doesn't look as bad as I thought. She is adorable in her costume.

Oh, poor girl! I'm so sorry to hear that happened! She looked fine in the Halloween pics, so it mustn't have been too bad, but that's still terrifying as a mom to deal with it!
